Plan your next gathering with us at the Camino Hotel. We are an ideal site for business meetings, retreats, small reunions and receptions, training classes, baby and bridal showers, a festive holiday get-together or an intimate engagement party.

Our parlor measures 20'X40' and is a unique and creative environment. Large windows, a wood fire, several tables and a front porch with private entrance, ensure functionality.

Rent the parlor by the hour. Ask about our special rates for regularly scheduled meetings. The rates below are not intended to include weddings. Give us a call for wedding and larger group rates.

PARLOR RENTAL BY THE HOUR
2 hour rental minimum

> 10 persons	$100/first 2-hours + $35/hour thereafter
> 25 persons	$175/first 2-hours + $50/hour thereafter
> 35 persons	$225/first 2-hours + $75/hour thereafter

Includes use of the parlor with coffee, tea and water set-up. Be sure to include your set-up and clean-up time in your total rental. A fourteen (14) day notice to change or cancel parlor rental reservation without charge applies. A thirty (30) day notice to change or cancel parlor rental reservation without change during holidays and special events.When less than the requested notification is provided, the cancellation fee is equal to fifty (50%) percent of the reservation charge. Be sure to ask about our cleaning deposit and cancellation policy when confirming your reservation.

Meals

Local restaurants and cafes cater and have accommodations for group dinners. We can assist with selection and reservations. Cleaning deposit applies to catered events.
